Lenders / Realtors
Pasco County’s housing programs could not function without the assistance of its partners, particularly lenders, realtors, and homebuilders. Realtors help homebuyers find the house that they want that meet the needs of their families, lenders find the best loan product for inexperienced homebuyers, and homebuilders build the dream homes that families have always wanted.
Pasco County Community Development will be opening the Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program effective March 25th, 2021.
All interested homebuyers will need to contact Suncoast Housing Connections (Tampa Bay Community Development Corporation) to attend a Home Buyer Education Class. Homebuyers must work with a Community Development approved lender.
Realtors will need to sign a letter of understanding to participate in the DPA program. Realtors working with a potential homebuyer can reach out to Melissa Brass at email@example.com for the letter of understanding.
All interested Lenders will need to contact Melissa Brass at firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up for training
