WHAT WE DO

Administration services supports the Engineering Division, Operations Division, and Technical Services Division in the following areas:

  • Contract preparation, specifications and management
  • County Administrator’s action register reports
  • County Commission agendas and action reports
  • Requisitions, invoices, purchase orders and action reports
  • Document filing and maintenance
  • Non-ad valorem assessment methodology, rate and other financial analysis
  • Payroll, employee performance evaluation, recruitment process and other personnel matters
  • Preparation and administration of operating and capital budgets
