All bids must be registered through the Florida Bid System at www.floridabidsystem.com prior to mailing sealed bids to Pasco County Purchasing Department.
Bids must be contained in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outermost envelope with the Bid Number (example: SALE-DL-00-000). All bids must be in writing and delivered to the Pasco County Purchasing Department by no later than the date and time of the bid expiration. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Each bid must be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid purchase price in US Dollars in the form of a certified check or cashier’s check made payable to Pasco County Board of County Commissioners.
The awarded bidder shall have ninety (90) days, after notice of acceptance/award, to complete the transfer process and pay the remainder of the purchase price and all closing costs.

Buyers will be responsible for the payment of documentary stamp tax and recording fees, which are due at the time of purchase. Property sale transfers are by County Deed.
